Nicole is an experienced Clinical Dietitian, Sports Dietitian & Diabetes Educator and has always enjoyed working in medical & sports settings. She founded Ascent Nutrition, Sports & Diabetes in 2018 and provides consults in Brisbane, the Gold Coast & via Telehealth. She has worked with:

Nicole grew up & studied in New Zealand and is still very much a kiwi at heart. She ventured to Australia in 2018 for warmer climes and has settled on the Gold Coast. She spends her free time adventuring, cycling or at the beach with friends, her partner Cameron & pup Merlo.
She enjoys many sports & over the years has competed in Swimming, Surf Lifesaving, Triathlon, Road Cycling, Mountain Biking, Kayak Racing, Multisport and Adventure / Expedition Racing.
Highlights include; 9th place Coast to Coast 2012, Athens Marathon finisher 2017, 6th place XPD 5 day Adventure Race 2021, 4th place world 100hr Rogaine champs Rogue 100 2022, female Rogainer of the Year QLD 2021 and her multiple week-long cycle tours around Europe and Australia.
