Nicole is an experienced Clinical Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Diabetes Educator and founded Ascent Nutrition, Sports and Diabetes in 2018. Nicole provides consults on the Gold Coast and via Telehealth.

Bio

Nicole grew up and studied in New Zealand and is still very much a kiwi at heart. She ventured to Australia in 2018 for warmer climes and has settled on the Gold Coast. She spends her free time adventuring, cycling, running or at the beach with her husband Cameron, son George and pup Merlo.

She enjoys many sports and over the years has competed in swimming, surf lifesaving, triathlon, road and gravel cycling, mountain biking, kayak racing, multisport and adventure / expedition racing.

Highlights include; 9th place Coast to Coast 2012, Athens marathon finisher 2017, 6th place XPD 5 day adventure race 2021, 4th place world 100hr rogaine champs Rogue 100 2022, female rogainer of the year QLD 2021 and multiple week-long cycle tours around Europe and Australia.
