Nicole is an experienced Clinical Dietitian, Sports Dietitian and Diabetes Educator and founded Ascent Nutrition, Sports and Diabetes in 2018.

Nicole provides consults on the Gold Coast and via Telehealth.

Nicole grew up and studied in New Zealand and is still very much a kiwi at heart. She ventured to Australia in 2018 for warmer climes and has settled on the Gold Coast. She spends her free time adventuring, cycling, running or at the beach with her husband Cameron, son George and pup Merlo.

She enjoys many sports and over the years has competed in swimming, surf lifesaving, triathlon, road and gravel cycling, mountain biking, kayak racing, multisport and adventure / expedition racing.

Highlights include; 9th place Coast to Coast 2012, Athens marathon finisher 2017, 6th place XPD 5 day adventure race 2021, 4th place world 100hr rogaine champs Rogue 100 2022, female rogainer of the year QLD 2021 and multiple week-long cycle tours around Europe and Australia.


Amy Allia - Dietitian, Diabetes Educator candidate

Amy is a clinical dietitian with 15 years experience who enjoys helping her clients to achieve better health by providing tailored dietary advice.  

Amy is consulting at Generations Medical, Taringa and is available for face to face and telehealth appointments.

Amy has worked as a clinical dietitian in tertiary hospitals since graduating from Queensland University of Technology in 2008 and has also worked in private practice within a specialist Gastroenterology clinic. During her time working in hospitals she has worked in gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgical wards and clinics, spent several years working in gestational diabetes, fertility and maternal health outpatient clinics and has worked in special care and neonatal intensive care along with private paediatric outpatient clinics and wards.

Amy spends her free time with her husband and two children cooking, going on caravanning holidays, and very slowly progressing their home renovation.


Erin Percy - Dietitian, Sports Dietitian

Erin is a Clinical Dietitian and Sports Dietitian who is passionate about helping clients improve their health, performance, and everyday wellbeing through practical, evidence‑based nutrition support.

Erin joined the Ascent Nutrition team in 2026 and is available for Telehealth consultations and online sports nutrition education sessions.

Her expertise include:

  • Sports nutrition for team sport athletes eg: NRL, AFL, Rugby union, Netball and more

  • Supporting Female athletes

  • General sports nutrition eg: iron deficiency, nutrition to support training load, young athletes, masters athletes, endurance sports

  • Supporting muscle mass gain and making changes to body composition for sport

  • Weight management

  • General healthy eating and lifestyle change eg: nutrition to support heart health, diabetes, bone health, iron deficiency

  • Supporting older adults to maintain muscle mass and increase body weight

Erin completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. She worked with the Gold Coast Titans NRLW team, providing sports nutrition support to elite female athletes. Erin has also worked in community dietetics, supporting a diverse range of clients including older adults, NDIS participants, private clients, and local sporting clubs.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys relaxing with her puppy, spending time with family and friends, and getting outdoors for beach days or a good coffee run. She keeps active through the gym and netball, and loves experimenting in the kitchen on weekends, especially when it comes to cooking and baking delicious food.
