Overnight Weetbix

Serves 1

Ingredients

Base

  • 3 Weet-bix

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • 100g high protein yoghurt (eg YoPro or Chobani)

Toppings:

Choose your own. e.g. fruit (banana/berries)
Spread (peanut butter/biscoff)

Method

  1. Crush the Weet-bix into your container or jar.

  2. Add in the milk and mix until combined then press the base down into the bottom of your container.

  3. Spread yoghurt over base.

  4. Add your toppings.

  5. Leave in fridge to set overnight.
