Mini Quiche

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 4 wholegrain wraps 

  • 6 eggs

  • ⅓ cup cottage cheese 

  • 55g ham

  • Spinach 

  • ¼ of a capsicum

  • 4 cherry tomatoes 

  • 60g grated cheese

Method

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 C.

2. Mix the flour and plain yoghurt and knead for a couple of minutes until a dough forms.

3. Roll out into a large rectangle and spread with pizza sauce.

4. Top with cheese, ham and any other desired toppings.

5. Roll into a large log and cut into individual scrolls.

6. Bake for 20 minutes.
