Pizza Scrolls
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
250g self raising flour
270g high protein plain yoghurt
80g pizza sauce
80g light cheese
80g ham
Optional add ons: capsicum, mushrooms, pineapple
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180 C.
Mix the flour and plain yoghurt and knead for a couple of minutes until a dough forms.
Roll out into a large rectangle and spread with pizza sauce.
Top with cheese, ham and any other desired toppings.
Roll into a large log and cut into individual scrolls.
Bake for 20 minutes.
